Sports play a powerful role in building discipline, focus, and leadership. Through the Kaiser Nahid Taekwondo Club,
we train youth, especially girls and boys, in martial arts, encouraging health, confidence, and resilience.
Our Work Includes:
- Regular Taekwondo training sessions
- Organizing and participating in championships and camps
- Promoting women and youth participation in sports
1. Sports (Taekwondo) – Youth Empowerment through Martial Arts
Objective:
To build discipline, confidence, and physical fitness in youth, especially underprivileged boys and girls, through Taekwondo training.
Quarterly Plan:
- Q1 (Jan–Mar):
- Free demo classes in local schools
- Coach training and upgrading session
- Q2 (Apr–Jun):
- Girls’ Self-defense Boot Camp
- Participation in local-level championship
- Summer training for underprivileged kids
- Q3 (Jul–Sep):
- Taekwondo Day Celebration & Open Workshop
- Belt tests and certification
- New student registrations
- Q4 (Oct–Dec):
- Annual Championship Event
- Free equipment distribution (uniforms, gear)
- Awareness campaign in schools
